This blog was created to celebrate Nigerian footballers in Norway.
In recent times there has been a renewed interest in Nigerian players by Norwegian Tippelegaen clubs due to their exceptional performance.
The duo of Anthony Ujah and Nosa Igiebor were brilliant at Lillestrom, and their performance attracted interest from bigger European teams.
Lillestrom paid about 200,000 US Dollars for each player from their Nigeria Premier League club, Warri Wolves, and sold them for 3million Euros and 900,000 Euros, respectively.
You can follow the performance of Nigerian stars in the Tippeligaen here.
